LEXINGTON, Ky. — Betty Jane Kidd Bragg, 86, passed away peacefully at her home in Lexington Sunday, December 23, 2012.
Preceding her in death was her father and mother, Charles and Maxie Marie Kidd; a brother, Fred Kidd, and her beloved husband of 51 years, Guy.
Betty was a founding and active member of Anchor Baptist Church.
Survivors include her niece, Linda (Tennis) Mullins; a nephew, Danny (Kim) Kidd; great-nieces, Kelli (David) Ball, Amber (Matt) Ellis and Emily Perry; great-nephews, Greg (Renee) Mullins, Christopher Kidd, Bryan Kidd and Zachary Perry; great-great nieces, Olivia Ball and Emily Mullins as well as great-great nephews, Alec Ball and Will Mullins. In addition to her family, she was blessed to have the love and support of many wonderful friends.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, December 27, at Anchor Baptist Church, 3601 Winthrop Drive, Lexington.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Anchor Baptist Church with burial at 3 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.
Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to Anchor Baptist Church.
