MALLORY, W.Va. — Raymond Webster Walls 53, of Mallory, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2012, after a short illness.
Born January 15, 1959, in Dayton, Ohio, he was a son of Alpha “Leola” Walls Osborne of Lyburn and the late Raymond Walls Jr.
Also preceding him in death was his companion; Betty Daughtery; stepfather, Charlie Osborne; brother, Terry Walls; niece, Terri Walls, and nephew Joshua Walls.
Raymond was a loving father, son, grandpa and uncle. He loved spending time with his daughter at Pickin’ in the Park.
Additional survivors include one daughter, Candis Walls; one stepdaughter, Connie Wiley; three granddaughters, Karolina, Makila and Brionna Salyers; sister-in-law, Dianna Walls; nieces, Sandra (Blake) Adams and Shawn (Willie) McQuithy; one great-nephew, Blake Adams II; three great-nieces, Brianna Simpkins, Cassidy Walls and Madison Adams, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at the Rita Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 29. Mr. Walls has been cremated.
A special Thank You to the nurses and staff at the Logan Center for their wonderful care of Raymond over the past few weeks.
