A fifth person is now facing charges along with Greg Glick, Jamey Thompson, Shawn Simon, and Guy Miller.

The four who were arrested back in September, are scheduled to plead guilty next month to their role in a 36-count indictment involving an arson at 111 Stratton Street and subsequent $1million insurance fraud.

A new federal information document charges Michael D. Williams with conspiracy in the burning of the building.

The information says: “Defendant Michael D. Williams, together with Guy R. Miller, Shawn C. Simon, named herein as unindicted co-conspirators, and others known and unknown to the United States Attorney, did knowingly conspire to commit an offense against the United States, that is, to maliciously damage and destroy, and attempt to damage and destroy, by means of fire and an explosive, a building situated at 111 Stratton Street, which was used in and in an activity affecting interstate commerce, in violation of 18 U.S.C.”
