Many southern West Virginia counties, including Logan, will have a chance to meet with a representative from Attorney General Patrick Morrisey’s office in the upcoming month without having to drive to Charleston. A representative from the Office will host mobile office hours in three local counties to answer any questions and help consumers learn more about the resources available to protect their information from scammers.
Frank Giardina, a consumer representative and compliance specialist with the Office, will host the mobile office hours. The office will be in Logan at Pride Community Services Sept. 24 from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. The other county visits include:
The mobile office hours are open to the public, reservations are not required.
“Our office looks forward to the opportunity to answer questions and interact with consumers in their hometowns and communities,” Attorney General Morrisey said. “These mobile office hours are a great resource for local consumers to have their concerns heard by our Office, and learn more about the scams and fraud occurring in their region.”
