Introducing The Outsiders

The Outsiders is a new mime and drama ministry at First Baptist Church of McConnell. The name of the group came from the thought that Christians are to be separated from how the world behaves, thus they are outsiders. “The group appeals to both young and old,” Pastor John E. Godby said, “The songs and skits that are produced are powerful tools for the work of the Lord.” The membership consists of Jonathan Bub Godby (director), Sarah Ferrell, Cliff Jarrett, Joni Godby, Amanda and Tomas Blankenbeckler, Alexis and Zack Lusk, Ryan Blankenship, Will Adkins, Austin Bayless, Kenzie Scott and Blakeli Watts. Justin Turner, Kyle Runyon and Bailey Workman are technicians for the group.
