LMS wins attendance trophy


Logan Middle School had the highest attendance rate for the county during the second month of the 2015-2016 school year. With just over 730 students, Logan Middle had a monthly attendance rate of 94.78 percent. Logan County Schools recognizes the county’s highest monthly attendance as a part of its “Every Student, Every Day” Attendance Campaign.” The school with the second-highest attendance rate was Hugh Dingess at 94.53 percent. Out of 17 schools, each school averaged more than 90 percent for daily attendance for the second month of school.
