Logan Middle School celebrated international “Talk Like a Pirate Day” with a week of pirate activities. Teachers got into the pirate spirit with special lesson plans, the school held a door decorating contest, and Friday, September 18, students and staff dressed like pirates. The official “Talk Like a Pirate Day” was Saturday, September 19, 2015. Dressed for “Talk Like a Pirate Day” on September 18 was Brayden Williamson, Shawn Wolford, Austin Ball, Alexis Rainwater, Jillian Tothe, and Carly Pack.


LMS English instructor Darrell Hughely dressed the part and shared pirate songs with students.


Mrs. Melissa Frye and students from her music class dressed as pirates.
