Maryetta ladies circle meets

VERDUNVILLE, W.Va. — The Maryetta United Baptist Church Ladies Circle met Thursday, February 4, for their regularly-scheduled monthly meeting. Serving as hostesses was Linda Evans, Kaye Curry and Murial Meade.

Opening prayer was offered by Lorna McDonald and congregational prayer was led by Dixie Long. Sandra Butcher offered the devotional, “Filled Up With God’s Love”. There were testimonies and prayer partner exchange. Evans won the door prize.

The business portion of the meeting was conducted by Butcher, auxiliary president, and Rosemary Bailey, secretary-treasurer.

Closing prayer and a blessing over the food was offered by Butcher.

Those attending included Sandra Butcher, Rosemary Bailey, Lana Marcum, Kaye Curry, Linda Evans, Gay Damron, Dixie Long, June Suarez, Lorna McDonald, Murial Meade, Joyce Childers, Jean Maynard, Jackie Tomblin, Shirley Baisden, Alice Baisden, Delores Daugherty, Betty Taylor, and Sue Ann Baisden.
