CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. — A ceremony dedicating the fellowship hall of Crossroads Community Church as the Mary Wiley Memorial Fellowship Hall was held March 13, 2016.
Wiley, a member of Crossroads Community Church and a founding member of the ladies aid program at the church, passed away January 11, 2016.
The event featured special singing by Randy Workman, Mary Perry, Rosie Adams and Madison Kilgore, Biblical readings by Brian Kilgore and Wiley’s husband, Rev. John Wiley Jr., and a poem recited by Karen Kilgore. Dedication prayer was by Rev. Wiley.
A plaque, to be placed on Mrs. Wiley’s seat, was also presented on behalf of her sisters, Joy Cranfield, Rose Bragg, Libby Williamson, Beatrice Bosley and Diana Vento.
Following the dedication ceremony, a dinner was held in the Mary Wiley Memorial Fellowship Hall.
