CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Logan County native and WVOW on-air personality was named to West Virginia Executive magazine’s class of 2017 Young Guns.

Justin Turner was named in the honor for the work he has done at Logan Regional Medical Center as director of physician recruitment, marketing, business development and customer service.

According to the magazine, Young Guns represent West Virginia’s next generation of leaders who are already accomplishing great things through their careers both in the business world and in their communities.

Turner was honored Tuesday, November 15 at the Culture Center in Charleston at the unveiling of the Young Guns Class of 2017.

He was one of ten selected from across West Virginia.

Turner said he was humbled by the experience, and he credits his excellence to putting himself second. “Awards burn at the end of the day, but what you do for other people, that’s what you leave behind,” Turner said.

WVOW congratulates Justin Turner on this award. Turner serves as a color commentator and on-air personality at WVOW and LHS Tennis Coach in addition to his work at Logan Regional Medical Center.
