Final round of indictments from O’Briant’s court

LOGAN, W.Va. — Logan County Circuit Court recently released indictments.

The following indictments represent the remaining indictments from chief judge Eric O’Briant’s court.

Alexandria Holland was indicted on two counts operating a clandestine drug laboratory, two counts of possession of substances used to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of a schedule two controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and conspiracy to possess substances used as precursor in the manufacture of methamphetamine.

Amos Holland was indicted on two counts operating a clandestine drug laboratory, two counts of possession of substances used to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of a schedule two controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and conspiracy to possess substances used as precursor in the manufacture of methamphetamine.

Terry Holstein was indicted on charges of grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny and third-offense shoplifting. Holstein was also indicted on two more separate charges of third-offense shoplifting.

Christopher Kelly was indicted on two counts of delivery of a schedule two controlled substance.

Thomas Kennedy was indicted for third-offense driving with a license revoked for DUI.

Daniel McGuckin was indicted for cultivation of marijuana, possession of a schedule three controlled substance and possession of a schedule four controlled substance.

Bridgette McNeely was indicted for prescription fraud attempting to obtain possession of a schedule two controlled substance by fraud, two counts of conspiracy and forgery.

Scotty Guy Miller was indicted for third offense DUI.

Jarred Morris was indicted for breaking and entering, grand larceny and receiving or transferring stolen property.

Lucky Lee Smith was indicted for burglary, grand larceny and felony destruction of property.

Amber White was indicted for six counts of fraud in connection to a n access device, forgery and uttering.

Dustin Williamson was indicted for grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny and third-offense shoplifting.

Indictments are public information and any charges therein are merely accusations. Anyone accused of a crime should be considered innocent until they are proven guilty.
