A third person has been arrested in connection to the June 8, 2015 robbery of Jersey’s II, a “vape shop” in West Logan.

On June 12, The Logan Banner reported the break- in Jersey’s II and the subsequent arrest of James Snow, 45, of Ashford, W.Va..

Snow was arrested by Trooper First Class C.S. Maynard and Trooper T.J. Hannon, with the West Virginia State Police, after he allegedly fled the scene and attempted to hide from law enforcement.

On June 19, The Logan Banner reported the arrest of a second person allegedly involved the break-in. Maynard and Hannon report they were able to make the arrest after Snow reportedly said his brother, Marshall Clinton Harless, 38, of Charleston, had made entry into Jersey’s II while he stood watch.

Snow also reportedly advised Maynard and Hannon that Harless’ wife Paula Brown, 30 of Cabin Creek, W.Va., had transported Harless back to Kanawha County after the break-in. Through investigation, Maynard and Hannon report they discovered Brown had communicated to people she had knowledge of the whereabouts of the money stolen from Jersey’s II by Harless.

For her alleged role in the robbery, Brown is charged with a felony count of being an accessory after the fact to breaking and entering. If Brown is found guilty, she could be forced to spend up to one year in state correctional facility and pay up to $500 in fines.
