Santos named WV Teacher of the Year


Logan County Schools has announced that Andrea Santos, instructor at Logan High School, has been selected from six finalists to be the 2016 WV Teacher of the Year. For 21 years, Santos has been educating the youth of Logan County as a Spanish teacher at Logan High School. Santos was recognized by the West Virginia Superintendent of Schools Michael Martirano during an awards ceremony on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, in Charleston, West Virginia.
