More indictments released

The Logan County Circuit Court has released the list of those indicted in the September session of the grand jury in Circuit Judge William Witten’s courtroom.

15-F-142: Ted Adams was indicted for breaking and entering and grand larceny.

15-F-143: Ted Adams was indicted for burglary and petit larceny.

15-F-144: Ted Adams was indicted for robbery in the first degree.

15-F-145: Zachary Bailey was indicted for breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit breaking and entering, destruction of property and petit larceny.

15-F-146: Julie Woodard Bladel was indicted for possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy and carrying deadly weapon without license or other authorization.

15-F-147: Ashley Booth was indicted for grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny and three counts fraud in connection with an access device.

15-F-148: Dallas Border was indicted for burglary, destruction of property and petit larceny.

15-F-149: Demarcus T. Browne was indicted for possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy and carrying deadly weapon without license or other authorization.

15-F-150: Tasha Kay Dingess was indicted for delivery of a controlled Schedule II controlled substance and two counts possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver.

15-F-151: Tasha Kay Dingess was indicted on transporting a controlled substance into jail, prison or correctional facility (a felony), possession of a Schedule III controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy.

15-F-152: Andrea D. Hager was indicted for burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and petit larceny.

15-F-153: Vanessa Kaye Hall; Vanessa Ibrahim was indicted for malicious assault and trespassing.

15-F-154: Marshall Clinton Harless Jr. was indicted for two counts breaking and entering, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny, conspiracy to commit breaking and entering, felony destruction of property and conspiracy to commit felony destruction of property.

15-F-155: Glen Edward Horton was indicted for burglary, destruction of property and petit larceny.

15-F-156: Michael Isom was indicted for two counts sexual abuse by custodian or person in possession of trust and four counts sexual assault in the second degree.

15-F-157: Kayla McNeely was indicted for four counts forgery and four counts uttering.

15-F-158: Jonathan Means was indicted for robbery first degree and felony destruction of property.

15-F-159: Mary Meeks was indicted for five counts transporting controlled substance into jail, prison or correction facility (a felony).

15-F-160: Joseph Osborne was indicted for four counts failure to register or provide notice of registration changes.

15-F-161: Joshua Parson was indicted for breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit breaking and entering, destruction of property and petit larceny.

15-F-162: Michael David Scaggs Jr. was indicted for conspiracy.

15-F-163: Mark Sidney was indicted for robbery in the first degree and conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree.

15-F-164: Timothy Sidney was indicted for robbery in the first degree and conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree.

15-F-165: James Snow was indicted for two counts breaking and entering, two counts grand larceny, two counts conspiracy to commit grand larceny and two counts felony destruction of property.

15-F-166: Jordan Michael Vance was indicted for four counts sexual assault third degree.

15-F-167: James D. Vickers was indicted for cultivation of marijuana.

15-F-168: James D. Vickers was indicted for burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, petit larceny, and driving revoked DUI/controlled substances third or subsequent offense.

15-F-169: Jimmy Walker was indicted for grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny and receiving/transferring stolen property.

15-F-170: Kendra Walker was indicted for grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny and receiving/transferring stolen property.

15-F-171: Tara Rena Watts was indicted for grand larceny.

15-F-172: Johnny L. Williams, aka Johnny Lipscomb, was indicted for possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy.

Arraignments for those indicted in Judge Witten’s court will begin at 1 p.m. Friday, October 2.
