LCCC recognizes Leadership Logan grads

The Logan County Chamber of Commerce recently announced the graduates for its Leadership Logan Class of 2015. The program is an eight month program with each session being organized around critical topics. This leadership-training program creates unique learning and networking opportunities for businesses while enhancing the leadership skills for each class member.


The Logan County Chamber of Commerce has announced it pleased to recognize the Leadership Logan Class of 2015.

The eight month program is designed to help emerging leaders understand community issues, provide information on how decisions are made and how services are delivered within the county.

The model for Leadership Logan is based after the Leadership WV program operated through the WV Chamber of Commerce.

The program is an eight month program with each session being organized around critical topics.

Topics for the sessions included education, healthcare, tourism, energy, coal, manufacturing, the legal system, small business and economic development.

This leadership-training program creates unique learning and networking opportunities for businesses while enhancing the leadership skills for each class member.

Williams added the LCCC is pleased to present the graduates of Leadership Logan Class of 2015.

Pam Farris, Executive Director for Leadership WV, was the keynote speaker for the graduation ceremony held on Monday, Nov. 16, 2015.
