LOGAN, W.Va. — The Logan County Public Service District issued a boil water advisory on Friday, February 19, for the areas from Thompson Branch to Mud Fork Mountain including Smokehouse Fork. The advisory was issued that due to an interruption of water service.

The Logan County PSD recommends bringing the water to a boil, let it boil for one minute, and let it cool before using, or use bottled water.

Customers will be notified when they no longer need to boil their water.

The Logan County PSD asks that this information be shared with all the other people who are customers in the areas, especially those who may not have received the notice.
