LOGAN, W.Va. – Diners can help figure out “who dunnit?” during an interactive murder mystery dinner theater Saturday, March 11, at Chief Logan Lodge and Recreation Center. “Murder on the Mountain” will be presented by Murder and Merriment Productions. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
In “Murder on the Mountain,” a group of guests stay at a mountain inn during the early 1900s. When a desperate mountain man attempts to rob the guests, someone is shot and killed. The man flees and the law is called. He is tracked down by a deputy sheriff who arrests him and attempts to bring him in. Unfortunately, a torrential rain storm hits and the two men are forced to seek shelter at the nearest refuge – the inn where the crime was committed. Now the mountain man faces his accusers. It is a tangled story of suspend and mystery.
The evening includes the dinner and murder mystery for two adults at $69. An overnight stay at Chief Logan Lodge with dinner, show and express breakfast is $130. Advance reservations welcomed. Staying at the lodge includes use of the indoor pool and fitness center and access to Chief Logan Recreation Center.
