Lady Tigers win state championship!


Chapmanville senior catcher Savannah Wiley hugs Kenzie McCann after the CRHS softball team captured the Class AA state championship with Thursday afternoon’s 10-0 win over James Monroe at Jackson Memorial Park in Vienna. The Lady Tigers had to fight out of the loser’s bracket and win three games on Thursday to take the school’s sixth state title.
