Imagine a life without cancer

Relay for Life of Logan County was held June 3, and, despite temperatures in the mid-80s, dozens of people gathered to participate in the event. Starting at 6 p.m. and stretching pasted midnight, Relay For Life of Logan County honored cancer survivors, care givers and those who have succumb to the disease with events like the “luminaria” where personalized paper bags were illuminated with glow-sticks and arranged to line the track of the football field at Midelburg Island.
