LOGAN, W.Va. — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in conjunction with the West Virginia State Fire Marshal, Logan Police Department and Logan Fire Department have announced a reward for up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction for those responsible for a fire which occurred in Logan.
On Friday, Feb. 12, 2016, at approximately 1:47 a.m., a caller to Logan County, W.Va., 911 stated that the Stump Apartments at 551 Stratton Street in Logan was on fire.
The individual pictured entered the building and then exited roughly 30 minutes later. If you have any information or know the identity of the above individual, contact ATF at 888-ATF-FIRE (1-888-283-3473). Callers may remain anonymous.
