LCC contributes to school supply drive

The Logan County Commission made a contribution of $1,000 to the Fill the Bus Campaign sponsored by Coca-Cola. The Logan High School Prayer Club assisted Coke in the distribution of 200 packs of supplies at First Baptist Church of McConnell. Four elementary schools received the goods for the less fortunate children of their student bodies. Coke, along with the Logan High Prayer Club, appreciates each business and individual that made the Fill the Bus Campaign a blessing to the children of Logan County. Pictured is, from left, Commissioners Danny Ellis, Danny Godby and Willie Akers and Greg Copley, area director for Coca-Cola.
