LOGAN, W.Va. — Logan Regional Medical Center honored its Auxiliary with a Christmas Brunch on Saturday, December 5 in the Educational Building. Pat Joe White, president of the Auxiliary, welcomed all the members and Cecil Willis gave the blessing for the food prepared by the Hospital’s Dietary Department.
Christmas decorations for the occasion were provided by Beverly Roark and calendars and candy was presented to each auxilian by Mike Mullins from vendor Snack Time. A variety of door prizes were also provided by the hospital.
Brenda Adams, Patient Access Manager for LRMC, was special guest speaker at the brunch and gave praise to the auxiliary for the services they render daily on behalf of the hospital. Mrs. Adams gave a very informative program about changes being made to better serve patients who come to the hospital for tests and other services and other improvements that were being implemented to improve the services rendered by the hospital and its staff.
A special presentation was given to Jason and Jennine Morgan who have been dedicated and faithful members of the auxiliary for the past two years but were moving back to Arizona. White presented the Morgan’s with a gift from the auxiliary to express the auxiliary’s appreciation for their services.
White reminded the members about attending the Christmas Party for residents at Chapmanville Towers and also Breakfast with Santa in the hospital cafeteria.
