The Salvation Army has moved services back to Logan after being located in Chapmanville for over a year.

All social service programs have been moved from Chapmanville back to Logan at 544 Stratton St., and the best number to call for assistance is 304-792-1147.

Anyone in need can call or visit the office on Tuesday or Thursday between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Services available include:

• Food Assistance

• Utility Assistance

• Clothing Assistance

• Disaster Assistance

• Emergency Shelter Assistance

(Some services depend upon donation and may not be available at time of application)

All services require evaluation. Please bring the following items to apply for services:

• A valid Photo ID

• Identification for everyone in the household

• Proof of income

• Proof of expenses

• Proof of Address (a bill or something with your name and address on it)
