The September session of the Logan County Grand Jury has handed down more than 40 indictments.


The list of names, along with the charge, from the grand jury sitting in Judge Eric O’Briant’s court is:


• Dante L. Allen was indicted for fleeing in a vehicle with reckless disregard, fleeing on foot, driving while license revoked or suspended, and four counts battery on a police officer.


• Jimmy Arthur was indicted for two counts operating a clandestine drug lab, two counts attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab, two counts possession of substances to be used as a precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance, conspiracy to attempt a clandestine drug lab, conspiracy to possess substances to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance.


• William Baisden was indicted on fleeing in a vehicle with reckless disregard, fleeing on foot, two counts battery on a police officer, petit larceny, operation of a vehicle without evidence of registration and no insurance.


• Sabrina Bledsoe was indicted for grand larceny.


• Lonzo Bryant was indicted for cultivation of marijuana.


• Luke Carter was indicted for 57 counts fraud in connection with an access device.


• David Ray Conley was indicted for two counts robbery in the first degree and two counts conspiracy.


• Tammy Copley was indicted for two counts operating a clandestine drug lab, two counts attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab, two counts possession of substances to be used as a precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance, and two counts conspiracy to possess substances to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance.


• Bruce James Estep was indicted for malicious assault and domestic battery.


• Corey Green was indicted for two counts possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver.


• Della Green was indicted on two counts robbery in the first degree and two counts conspiracy.


• Joseph Hurley was indicted on 12 counts of forgery and 12 counts of uttering.


• Jeffrey Marcum was indicted for driving when license revoked or suspended for DUI of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs third or subsequent offense, expired registration, no insurance and operating without certificate or failure to produce certification of inspection.


• Danny Mullins was indicted for malicious assault.


• Kimberly Saettel was indicted for daytime burglary.


• Tommy Salyers was indicted for two counts operating a clandestine drug lab, two counts attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab, two counts possession of substances to be used as a precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance, and conspiracy to attempt a clandestine drug lab.


• Amber Schultz was indicted for two counts delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance.


• Samuel D. Schultz was indicted for three counts delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance.


• Amy Selvey, aka Amy Nicole Jenkins, was indicted for delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance.


• George D. Staten was indicted for attempted robbery in the first degree and attempted robbery in the second degree.

Indictments from Judge Roger Perry’s court will be published in the Tuesday, September 17, edition of The Logan Banner.

The charges contained in an indictment are merely accusations, and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
