BIG CREEK — The U.S. 119 Drug Task Force, along with several West Virginia State Troopers, executed a search warrant for a home in Stone Branch Bottom at Big Creek which resulted in several arrests on Thurs., Oct. 10.


According to a criminal complaint, officers discovered an active Methamphetamine lab in the residence of Michael Ruggles at 75 Stone Branch Bottom. Officers also discovered several “shake and bake” labs in vehicles that were parked outside the residence.


Those arrested included:


• Michael Ruggles, 46, was charged with conspiracy and operating a clandestine drug lab. His bail was set at $25,000.


• Hugh Douglas Conley, 33, of Harts, was charged with conspiracy, operating a clandestine drug lab and possession with intent to deliver. His bail was also set at $25,000.


• Christopher Todd Mills, 30, of Chapmanville, was charged with petit larceny, conspiracy, receive/transferring stolen and operating a clandestine drug lab. His bail was set at $25,000.


• Tony Dale Ritchie Jr., 26, of Big Creek, was charged with operating a clandestine drug lab and conspiracy. His bail was set at $25,000.


• Michelle Renee Ruggles, 44, of Big Creek, was charged with possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy. Her bail was set at $20,000.


• Andrew Ruggles, 48, of Big Creek, was charged with possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy. His bail was set at $20,000.
