Three arrested after Monaville break-in

West Virginia State Police received a call from Logan County 911 that someone was in an abandoned house in the community of Monaville.

Upon arrival, officers found an open window on the side of the houseand located three people identified as Tre Dobbins, 19, of Wilkinson, Roger Allport, 28, of Logan, and Kevin Fisher, 30, of Switzer, in the attic of the house.

The officer found that copper wires valued at more than $2,500 had been cut throughout the house,

A criminal complaint filed in the Magistrate Court of Logan County says each defendant was arrested and charged with felony breaking and entering, destruction of property and conspiracy. The bond for each was set at $30,000.
