The 5th annual Logan County Firefighters Ball will be held Sat., Nov. 2, at Special Occasions at Yuma.
“This is a good way to recognize the contributions of fire departments across the county,” said Cody Perry, Captain of the Chapmanville Volunteer Department.
Firefighters will be honored with an awards ceremony and guest speaker will be Matthew Jackson, retired Captain of the Charleston Fire Department.
“He is a highly decorated fireman,” Perry said.
Firefighters will also enjoy entertainment for the event with music provided by Tug Valley Entertainment.
The event is for county firefighters and their guests. Doors open at 4:30 p.m.
