January Grand Jury indictments released

The January term of the grand jury has passed down 36 indictments in Circuit Judge Roger Perry’s Court.


Those indicted were:


14-F-3: Roger Allport was indicted for nighttime burglary, felony destruction of property, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit burglary. His attorney is Chris Pritt.


14-F-4: Patrick Sean Ballard II, was indicted for nighttime burglary, destruction of property and attempted grand larceny. His attorney is Dwayne Adkins.


14-F-5: Derick Browning was indicted for conspiracy to receive or transfer stolen property. His attorney is Don McDaniel.


14-F-6: Danny Castle was indicted for arson in the first degree and daytime burglary. His attorney is Don McDaniel.


14-F-7: Derek Craddock was indicted for grand larceny. His attorney is Dwayne Adkins.


14-F-8: Brittany Crum was indicted for nighttime burglary, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit grand larceny. Her attorney is Dwayne Adkins.


14-F-9: Tre Dobbins was indicted for nighttime burglary, felony destruction of property, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit burglary. His attorney is Ron Rumora.


14-F-10: Austin Lee Fields was indicted for possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver and three counts delivery of a controlled substance. His attorney is Mark Hobbs.


14-F-11: Kevin Fisher was indicted for nighttime burglary, felony destruction of property, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit burglary. His attorney is Gerald Merceruio.


14-F-12: Tonya Frye was indicted for embezzlement. Her attorney is Dwayne Adkins.


14-F-13: Alvin Ray Gilco was indicted for grand larceny, fleeing in vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol, controlled substance or drugs, driving while license revoked for DUI, driving while license suspended, possession of a Schedule III controlled substance and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance. His attorney is Don McDaniel.


14-F-14: Dion Greenlee was indicted for nighttime burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, two counts robbery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit robbery, three counts battery and petit larceny. His attorney is Don McDaniel.


14-F-15: Ashley Hatfield was indicted for nighttime burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, robbery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit robbery, three counts battery and petit larceny. Her attorney is Robert Kuenzel.


14-F-16: Michael Hughes was indicted for robbery in the first degree. His attorney is Dwayne Adkins.


14-F-17: Troy David Jarrell was indicted for driving when license revoked or suspended for DUI of alcohol, controlled substance or drugs 3rd or subsequent offense, parking where prohibited, parked in a roadway and no seat belt. His attorney is Dwayne Adkins.


14-F-18: Curtis James Jeffrey was indicted for obtaining goods under false pretenses and obtaining property in return for worthless check. His attorney is Tim Koontz.


14-F-19: David Maynard was indicted for grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny and destruction of property. His attorney is Kelly Pritt.


14-F-20: James McCallister, aka James Mcallister, was indicted for malicious assault. His attorney is Don McDaniel.


14-F-21: Tiandre McDaniel was indicted for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy. Their attorney is Gerald Merceruio.


14-F-22: Jerry Jerome McNeely was indicted for grand larceny, destruction of property and conspiracy to receive or transfer stolen property. His attorney is Jerry Lyall.


14-F-23: Kevin Shane Messer was indicted for grand larceny, destruction of property and conspiracy to receive or transfer stolen property. His attorney is Tony Spenia.


14-F-24: Freddie Mitchell was indicted for nighttime burglary, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit grand larceny. His attorney is Brian Abraham.


14-F-25: Robert Pack was indicted for grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny and destruction of property. His attorney is Gerald Merceruio.


14-F-26: Courtney Pringle was indicted for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy. Her attorney is Tony Spenia.


14-F-27: David Robertson was indicted for three counts sexual assault in the first degree and three counts sexual abuse by a custodian. His attorney is Adrian Hoosier.


14-F-28: Aaron Joseph Scott was indicted for entry of building other than dwelling and grand larceny. His attorney is Don McDaniel.


14-F-29: Ronald Alonzo Smith was indicted for shoplifting 3rd offense and petit larceny. His attorney is Peter Hendricks.

14-F-33: Brandon Toney was indicted for nighttime burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, two counts robbery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit robbery and two counts petit larceny. His attorney is Courtney Craig.


14-F-34: Brandon Toney was indicted for unlawful assault, burglary, robbery in the first degree and grand larceny. His attorney is Courtney Craig.


14-F-35: Jackie Vance was indicted for shoplifting 3rd offense. Their attorney is Don McDaniel.


14-F-36: Wesley Whitehead was indicted for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy. His attorney is Peter Hendricks.


14-F-37: Terri Whitt was indicted for nighttime burglary, destruction of property and petit larceny. Their attorney is Dwayne Adkins.


14-F-38: Sarah Ann Young was indicted for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance. Her attorney is Adrian Hoosier.


• There will be no indictments from Circuit Judge Eric O’Briant’s court following an administrative order dated January 6, 2014 by Chief Judge O’Briant ordering Judge Perry to supervise, empanel and instruct the grand jury for the January 2014 Court Term.
