Today as the world is constantly changing around us we each need to be reminded that the Lord does not change.

Deuteronomy 7:9: (KJV) 9 Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; We must remember that the Word of God is our source of hope, joy and peace. God is faithful in restoring hope in broken lives and a troubled World.

God has always freed prisoners, those that are bound by spiritual bondage and physical wounds, it does not matter if they are self-inflicted or by the attack of others. God is Faithful!

He is Jehovah Jireh — “The God Who Provides!” He is the one who gave us the breath of life, He is the one who brought the Israelites out of Egypt when they were under the bondage and control of Pharaoh. Our God is still setting captives free just like he did in the Old Testament. The Faithfulness of God to the hurting and helpless is available to you today. I love the Word of God and love to read His promises to those who will believe on Him and trust Him.

We are living in a day when people are trusting in Man. May I remind you that Powerful men cannot save us. People no matter how influential they are will one day die and their influence will go with them. But Gods Faithfulness and His influence will NEVER die.

God’s authority and power will remain throughout all generations. In Him we have an eternal, unchangeable source of security. People will disappoint us, but if we put our faith in God we’ll know real blessing and joy. Today spend some time Thanking God for how faithful and true He is. As you pray today Let His Word build up your faith in God and His word and the promises he Has for you! Today can be the best day of the rest of your life!

Our Prayer for Today:

Father in the Name of Jesus was ask your forgiveness for putting our confidence in people and things instead of you. Father we know that you are the Creator of Heaven and Earth and every moving creature. Father you are an unchanging and all powerful God that gives justice to the oppressed and help to those who are broken, beaten and bruised. Father we thank you, that you are faithful to your Word and those that call upon you in Jesus Name we pray and believe- Amen.

Scripture for today: St. Luke 4:18
