Verdunville Elementary School will be having their annual salute to America's Veterans on November 6, 2009, at 10 a.m. Special guests include: Brian Abraham, Logan High School Band, Beni Kedem Highlanders, 130th Airlift Wing West Virginia Air National Guard, American Legion Post #19, Rev. Glen White, James Olbert, Hilary Brooks,and many others. A tribute with posting of colors, musical salute, 21 gun salute and taps will be part of the program. Verdunville Elementary wishes to invite everyone to come and join us for this wonderful day honoring our Veterans. We have one of the biggest, if not the biggest, celebrations in West Virginia. We hope to see you there! Happy Veterans Day!
