PRIDE Community Services, Inc's Housing Expo will consist of several vendors setting up booths to showcase their products and services to assist with the tasks of becoming a home owner. We will premiere our new Single Family Housing Program, where we will build 3 brand new homes in Logan County, each home will be 1,200 to 1,400 sq ft and will include 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. We will have several qualified employees on hand to answer any questions you may have about our program, or take your application to see if you qualify to purchase one of our homes. We offer a $40,000 fully forgivable 0% interest second mortgage on the home and up to $4,000 help with any additional costs of purchasing the home.
