West Virginia State Police arrested Beau Ashton Allen, 18, of Whitman was charged with three counts of sexual assault third degree.
Allen admitted in a recorded statement he had sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl. The victim told officers the two had sex two other times since the accused had turned 18.
He was released under $10,000 bond.
