Coach George was one heck of a fine man. The boys who played for the man loved him. He was a motivating coach who got the best from his players. His years coaching with Todd and Jimmie Joe Willis were some of the finest in LHS football history. His wrestling record has been unmatched in LHS history. We were lucky to have had this man's influence.
