LOGAN – The West Virginia State Police paid a visit to a residence at 111 Morgan St., where they found drugs, a large amount of cash, and a suspect hiding in the attic.
The accused, Franklin W. Eldridge, 32, had marijuana, alprazolam, and a large amount of U.S. currency in his possession.
Eldridge gave the officers a statement he had been selling drugs for about a week. He was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. His bond was set at $10,000.
