A man who decided to urinate on the side of a busy highway is now facing indecent exposure charges.

Carlos Andre Rose, 47, whose address is listed as Columbus, Ohio, was charged with indecent exposure, pedestrian in the roadway and public intoxication on Dec. 2 by West Virginia State Trooper S.A. Belt.

According to the criminal complaint, Tpr. Belt had stopped in West Logan to get gas when he observed Rose “walking along and on County Rt. 10” towards West Logan. Belt states that he observed Rose walk up to a utility pole and “urinate in from of numerous people.” After making contact with Rose, Belt smelt what he believed to be alcohol on Rose. The complaint states that Rose “stated that he had around seven beers.”

Rose was released on a $2,500 bond.

Wondering if he peed on a utility pole why there were numerous people who happened to be just standing around a utility pole. And give the man credit at least he chose to walk and not get behind the wheel of a auto. Before its said it happened beside a busy highway let me say the key word is busy and honestly i dont think anyone driving by could have seen his "peepee" from inside their car while passing by even if they were not watching the road and were looking straight at the man at the utility pole. Guess i feel there were far worse things being done by others that our tax dollars could have been used for instead of a man who drank and chose to walk instead of drive. Considering the cop smelled alcohol upon contact and the man wasnt staggering around or stumbling out into busy highway..
