ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of the above-entitled suit is to seek an Order forfeiting the herein described property/currency pursuant to the West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act (Chapter 60A, Article 7, of the West Virginia

code, as amended) to the State of West Virginia.

TO: Any claimant of a right or interest in said property listed as DEFENDANT LAMAR NESHAWN DORSEY AKA "SLIM" AND OR ANY OTHER PARTIES OF INTEREST PROPERTY: $1,490.00 IN US CURRENCY

" You have the right to file a claim to the above described property within the time specified hereafter. Any such claim must clearly state the identity of the claimant and an address where legal process can be served upon said

claimant.

It appearing by affidavit filed in the case that last known address of Lamar

Neshawn Dorsey AKA "SLIM," 1726 Wilton, Columbus, Ohio 43224.

That the above-named individual defendant(s) was/were in possession of the above referred property in Logan County, West Virginia, when it

was seized by officer(s) of the U. S. 119 Task Force.

THEREFORE, it is ORDERED that LAMAR NESHAWN DORSEY AKA "SLIM" or any other claimant(s) serve upon John Bennett, Prosecuting Attorney of

Logan County of Logan Country, West Virginia at 420 Main Street Family Law

Master Bldg., Judicial Annex, Logan, West Virginia, 25601, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before November 30, 2009, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the Defendant/Claimants at any time thereafter.

Such order requested of the Court will be direct forfeiture of the seized property to the state,and vesting ownership of such property in the U. S. 119

Task Force.

A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this office.
