The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony.
To the Above Named Defendant:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Sandy Hensley is a nonresident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Sandy Hensley serve upon Johnny Ray Browning Plaintiff, whose address is PO Box 16 Chapmanville, WV 25508, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before December 7, 2009. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper
hearing and trail, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
