The Mingo County Investigative Team signed a partnership agreement with the Logan County Child Advocacy Center on December 18, 2012 that will pave the way for increased services from the Logan center for the children of Mingo County. Under the agreement the Logan center will provide services and support for the Mingo Team in their ongoing work to investigate and prosecute crimes against children in Mingo County. “We are very excited to have a formal agreement with Mingo County,” said Beth Cook, Executive Director. “Protecting children has been a priority in Mingo County for many years and we are happy to join with those folks in this important work.” Pictured is, seated, Teresa Maynard, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, and standing, from left, Lisa Vinson, Taunja Webb, and Carolyn Sansom of WV DHHR, Cpl L.D.
