The Logan County Child Advocacy Center celebrated five years of working for the welfare of children with an open house Thursday, April 25. Pictured, David Farley of CSX is poses with Medina Mahon and Kristen Keen, both of the Center. CSX continued their financial support of the Center for the second year with a generous donation. Since its beginning five years ago, the center has served more than 500 children from all over southwestern West Virginia, supports two investigative teams — Logan and Mingo — and many individuals have been prosecuted for crimes against children.
