Man (5-1) tumbled from fourth to eighth in this week’s Class A poll. The Hillbillies were ranked No. 1 in the state in last week’s all-important SSAC Ratings.

Cabell Midland (7-0) is again No. 1 in this week’s 3A poll, receiving nine out of 10 first-place votes from the panel of media.

Bridgeport (6-0-1) is still the unanimous pick as the No. 1 team in the state in Class AA.

The Single-A No. 1 team this week is again Magnolia (7-0), which garnered all 10 first-place votes.

Tolsia, a member of the Cardinal Conference and Chapmanville’s opponent on Oct. 23, is ranked No. 3 this week at 6-0.
