The Man High School volleyball team won 3-1 over Wyoming East on Thursday night at home to improve to 13-11-1 on the season.
The Lady Billies prevailed 22-25, 25-14, 25-16, and 25-10.
Allie Meade had 15 assists and three aces for Man, while Hunter Harvey had 12 assists.
Hannah Harvey finished with 20 kills. Shauntae Miller had seven kills, three blocks and five aces.
Tiffany Belcher had five kills and five aces, while Addison Gibson had two kills and aces.
Madie Meade had one ace.
The Lady Billies were scheduled to get back into action on Saturday in the Buffalo tourney. Man plays at home on Tuesday and Wednesday nights against Greater Beckley Christian and Logan respectively.
Match times are set for 6 p.m. each night.
The Lady Billies then travel to Charleston Catholic on Thursday.
“We are still not playing the way I would like us to. If our play picks up we will have a really good chance to win sectional and regional. If it does not we can be beat and not achieve our goals for the season,” Man coach Orlando Washington said.
