Keffer made it to second on a failed running catch attempt by Buffalo’s center fielder. Lambert then singled to left, advancing Keffer. This set the table for Grace Cline and Maddy Paynter who both hit solid shots to the outfield and each picked up an RBI.
The offense was quiet for both teams in the sixth and seventh, ultimately giving Man the 3-2 victory.
