Savannah Wiley and Hana Sedlock will get one more chance to play in a high school softball game.

Wiley, a Chapmanville Regional High School graduate and member of the Lady Tigers’ Class AA state championship team, has been picked to play alongside Logan High School’s Sedlock in this Thursday’s North-South All-Star Softball Series at Buffalo High School.

Wiley and Sedlock will play for the South All-Stars in the tripleheader.

Wiley, Chapmanville’s starting catcher and a West Virginia Wesleyan signee, flexed her power for the Lady Tigers this season and finished with a .391 average, 16 doubles, seven home runs, 44 runs-batted-in and posted a .648 on-base percentage for 33-6 Chapmanville.

She also hit a solo home run in Chapmanville’s win over Oak Glen in the state tournament at Vienna.

Wiley was named at season’s end to the Class AA all-state first team.

Sedlock was Logan’s starting ace pitcher this season.

The Lady Cats were upset by St. Albans in this year’s Class AAA sectional finals at St. Albans High School.

Sedlock was also an all-state selection.
