A stairway for Haley


Students in the junior and senior classes at Chapmanville Regional High School recently worked to build a float for their homecoming parade which was dedicated to the memory of their classmate, Haley Adkins. Adkins was tragically killed in a car accident on her way to school September 28. The float was named, “Stairway to Heaven.”
