Two boil water advisories have been issued for local areas.
The Logan County Public Service District issued a boil water advisory on Wednesday, Sept. 5, for the McConnell Hill area due to leaks in the main line.
The City of Logan Water Department also issued an advisory on Wednesday for the areas from the Logan Post Office, all behind the Logan Post Office, Chestnut Street, Upper Charles Street and Mountain Lake Park due to a break in an eight inch water line.
Both advisories recommend boiling water for one minute before using and to use caution when doing laundry.
Both advisories will be in effect until further notice.
