The U.S. 119 Task Force has arrested three individuals for delivery of controlled substances.


On March 27, 2012, Daniel Damon Murphy, 35, allegedly delivered a controlled substance to an informant working for the U.S. 119 Task Force in exchange for U.S. Currency. He was arrested on September 13 and is being held in the Southwestern Regional Jail on a $10,000 bail.


Anthony Bryant, 22, allegedly delivered a controlled substance to an informant working for the U.S. 119 Task Force on April 30, 2012, in exchange for U.S. Currency. He was arrested on September 13 and was released on a $10,000 bond.


Xambria Bryant, age not known, allegedly delivered a controlled substance to an informant working for the U.S. 119 Task Force on June 1, 2012, in exchange for U.S. Currency. They were arrested on September 13 and were released on a $10,000 bond.


In other court news:


• Damita M. Swims, 31, of Chapmanville, was arrested and charged with allegedly driving suspended/revoked non DUI 2nd offense, motor vehicle inspection violation and registration violation by West Virginia State Trooper B.A. Lowe on September 10. She was released on a $1,000 bond.


• Angel Lynn Yeager, 34, of Peach Creek, was arrested and charged with allegedly joyriding and driving suspended/revoked non DUI 2nd offense on September 10 by Logan County Sheriff Deputies N.M. Booth and J.H. Brown III. She is being held in the Southwestern Regional Jail on a $3,000 bond.


• Aaron Nelson, 27, of Amherstdale, was arrested and charged with petit larceny on July 30 by Man Police Department patrolmen Juston Thomas and David Walls. He was released on a $100 bail.


• Johnny Dean Fulk, 48, of Mt. Hope, was arrested and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and public intoxication on September 11 by WVSP Tprs. P.A. Jones and Cpl. C.D. Kuhn. He was released on a $1,000 bond.


• Rebecca Charmaine Whitt, 48, of Chapmanville, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance on September 10 by WVSP Tpr. B.A. Lowe. She was released on a $1,000 bond.
