The September term of the Grand Jury has handed down more than 50 indictments.

Those listed in the criminal court docket for Circuit Judge Roger Perry and amount of bond include:

• Joshua Adams was indicted for fleeing in vehicle with reckless indifference, shoplifting, destruction of property, fleeing by means other than use of a vehicle, battery on a police officer and possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $15,000.

• Terry Adams was indicted for three counts delivery of a Scheduled II controlled substance and three counts of conspiracy to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance. No bound over.

• Aaron Bailey was indicted for three counts delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance and three counts conspiracy to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance. No bound over.

• Janie White Browning was indicted on two counts delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, two counts possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance and two counts conspiracy to possess with the intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,000.

• James J. Cochrane was indicted for breaking and entering, grand larceny, destruction of property, and conspiracy to commit breaking and entering. A $3,500 bond was posted.

• Georgia Dingess, aka Georgia Robert, was indicted on three counts child neglect creating a substantial risk of serious bodily injury, driving when license suspended or revoked, false information to the DPS and destruction of property. No bound over.

• Megan Leann Dingess was indicted on embezzlement. A $50,000 was posted.

• Christopher Brian Doss was indicted on third offense or subsequent offense driving under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs and third offense or subsequent driving while license revoked for DUI of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs. No bound over.

• Josh Ellis was indicted for two counts entering without breaking, fleeing in a vehicle and fleeing on foot. No bound over.

• Kenneth R. Files was indicted for delivery of a controlled Schedule II controlled substance second offense and delivery of a controlled Schedule II controlled substance. No bound over.

• Darlena Rose Dunn Maynor was indicted on two counts child abuse resulting in injury and two counts child neglect creating substantial risk of serious injury. No bound over.

• Troy Maynor was indicted on two counts child abuse resulting in injury and two counts child neglect creating substantial risk of serious injury. No bound over.

• Billy James Mitchem was indicted on third or subsequent offense driving while license revoked for DUI of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs, failure to signal before turning, no insurance, improper registration and possession of a controlled substance. No bound over. No bond.

• Michael Mosser was indicted on cultivation of marijuana. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Brianna Nicole Nelson was indicted on unlawful assault. A $7,500 was posted.

• Raymon Lee Noe was indicted on breaking and entering, grand larceny, destruction of property, false information to DPS and conspiracy to commit breaking and entering. A $20,000 was posted.

• Keith Dontae Prather was indicted on two counts delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, two counts possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, two counts conspiracy to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance and conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver Schedule II controlled substance. A $25,000 bond was posted.

• Richard Smoot was indicted for driving when license revoked or suspended for DUI of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs 3rd offense, fleeing in a vehicle, fleeing on foot and two counts entering without breaking. No bound over. No bond.

• Timothy Paul Starr was indicted on sexual assault, third degree. A $5,000 bond was posted.

• Darrin Wade Stollings was indicted for cultivation of marijuana and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver. No bound over. No bond.

• Jason Keith Vance was indicted on three counts delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance and three counts conspiracy to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance. No bound over. No bond.

• Curtis Darrell Washington was indicted on three counts forgery, three counts uttering and three counts fraud in connection with access device. No bound over. No bond.

• Cutis Darrell Washington was indicted on two counts transferring stolen property and attempt to transfer stolen property. No bound over. No bond.

• Paul David Wiley was indicted with arson in the first degree. A $3,500 bond was posted.

• Jimmy Lee Workman was indicted on grand larceny. A was released on a $3,500 personal recognizant bond.
