WILLIAMSON – Logan County resident David Lee Bumgarner appeared before Mingo County Circuit Judge Michael Thornsbury on Wednesday.
Bumgarner pleaded guilty to burglary as charged in Indictment S12-F73, and attempt to commit grand larceny, as charged in Information S12-F107. Bumgarner waived his right to a presentence investigation and was sentenced to confinement in a state correctional facility for an indefinite term of not less than 2 years nor more 18 years.
Bumgarner was represented by Attorney Diana Carter Wiedel. Mingo County Sheriff’s Department (MCSD) Sgt. J. Smith was the investigating officer.
