Alexis Copeland, 3rd Grade, John McCoy, 2nd Grade, Emily Crosby, 1st Grade, and Corey Jude, Kindergarten, each won a $25 gift certificate from Cliffs Natural Resources for their posters stressing bus safety. The safety poster contest was a partnership between Buffalo Elementary School and Cliffs Natural Resources, designed to teach students about bus safety and promote safety in the community. The posters were judged by Logan County School District bus drivers the week of Oct. 29 as a part of the Buffalo Elementary bus safety program.
