HARTS, W.Va. — Frank Dillon, 71, of Harts, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2012, surrounded by his family.
Born February 7, 1941, in Harts, he was a son of the late Orbra McCloud Farley and Joe Dillon. Also preceding him in death was his loving wife, Reba Faye Hensley Dillon; one brother, Curtis McCloud, and one sister, Lillian Dillon.
Frank retired from Ford Motor Company in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1991 after 26 years and moved to Conneautville, Pa., to enjoy retirement. He returned to Harts in 2008 and loved four wheeling, spending time with his grandchildren, traveling and planning to move to Florida.
Those left to cherish his memory include two daughters, Penny Lynn (Mike) Garten of Conneautville and Teresa Ann (Mike) Kane of Novelty, Ohio; two sisters, Bethel Reed of Painesville, Ohio, and Jeanie Spurlock of Middlefield, Ohio; one brother, Darrell Farley of Cleveland, Ohio; and three grandchildren, Sara Jane Roberts of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Matthew and Michelle Dillon/Kane of Novelty.
Services will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, December 23, at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Pritchard officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Linesville Cemetery in Linesville, Pa.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Freeman Funeral Home of Chapmanville is in charge of the arrangements.
